Dr. Joseph Gambardella is a renowned anti-aging and regenerative medicine specialist with dual Fellowships in Stem Cell Therapy and Functional Medicine. A graduate of the Kalish Institute, he employs a systems-based approach to address aging, inflammation, and metabolic dysfunction.
Certified in peptide therapy, hormone replacement, and spinal decompression, he delivers cutting-edge care through his clinics—Advanced Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation of Miami and Jupiter Disc Center—combining regenerative therapies, functional medicine, and advanced mechanical treatments. With degrees from Villanova University and Life University, and post-doctorate training in sports medicine, rehabilitation, and neuromuscular therapy, he is also double board-certified in Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression.
A former team physician for University of Miami and FIU athletics, he has contributed to health publications and currently hosts the Healthy Dose podcast, helping patients achieve long-term wellness and peak performance.
